HVAC Maintenance

Two times per year we come out to perform preventative maintenance:

• Outdoor/indoor coil cleaning
• Drain line cleaning
• Cleaning any debris inside your units
• Electrical connections visual inspection and tighten connections
• Checking all motors for any bearings issues and proper operations
• Checking all safeties 
• Ductwork inspection
• Static pressure check in your ductwork
• Checking all electrical components for wear and tear
• Checking refrigerant charge for applicable season
• Checking gas pressures for gas heat equipment
• Checking proper operation of the thermostat
• Visually observe for obvious refrigerant leaks on coils and piping
